Blind flange diaphragm seal in alloy 825 material covered with gold coating

Below just one diaphragm seal system of a small project, for an international refining company with its operations in northern Europe / Ireland.

A Honeywell STG770 pressure transmitter with local display and stainless steel housing. Assembled with a blind flange diaphragm seal type (BF) in alloy 825 material. Combined with a diaphragm of alloy 825 covered with a 25 micron layer of 100% 24 cr gold coating.
This diaphragm seal systems was supplied with matching flush ring and needle valves (BDT911) in alloy 625. The diaphragm seal system was filled with Badotherm unique BSO-48 for high temperature process up to 420°C.
Also with this order, there were similar configurations in material 321SS and 316SS equipped also with gold coatings.
