This is a heavy-duty execution of the USL-F HP consists of a 2” class 900-1500 RJF process connection according the ASME B16.5. This is an integrated 2-piece diaphragm seal type that ensures a smaller process connection is possible, whilst keeping the largest size diaphragm possible to facilitate a small span to be measured. The so-called lower part functions as an adaptor piece between seal part and process connection. The USL diaphragm seal type is selected to ensure a 81mm diaphragm diameter to be able to measure accurately and robustly a small span of in this case 100 mbar. The 316L stainless steel diaphragm is coated with a layer of 25-micron 24crt gold to protect the measurement against hydrogen permeation. The lower part is made of special material being ASTM A350 LF2 (K03011). Equipped with 10 meter of double shielded stainless steel capillary armour and supplied with special heavy duty bolting in Super Duplex F53. And in this case, standard filling fluid BSO-22.

Together with our Danish partner we service this complete project which we supplied originally with a large variety of special diaphragm designs (a.o. FSO-USL) in a large variety of exotic materials such as Duplex, Hastelloy C276 with and without gold platings. Together we stand strong.
