There are no technical merits for choosing one style or the other. It was merely the opportunity to revise the design due to new machinery and optimizing manufacturing processes. We have decided to opt for the slim bezel design with its compact integration and more modern aesthetics.

In the coming period, we will step by step implement this feature to all our standard pressure and temperature gauges. As from now, the complete BDT18 and BDT20 series will be supplied in slim bezel construction (SB). The other pressure gauge models and the TG series will be introduced in this case design shortly. The BDT19 and BDT23, mostly used in combination with diaphragm seals, are renamed to BDT18R and BDT20R.

Rest assured, that all pressure and temperatures gauges and its components are still only and fully engineered and completely manufactured inhouse at Badotherm factory in Europe (Romania).
