The electronic pressure transmitter comes in many forms, executions, and accuracies. Badotherm mount diaphragm seals or accessories on all brands and types as well as in house verification and testing of units during shutdowns or repair. The main categories of pressure transmitter types are Differential Pressure (DP), Gauge Pressure (GP) and Absolute Pressure (AP). Accuracies, ranges and maximum working pressures are variables that determine which diaphragm seal is the best selection. Each mounting is engineered specifically by Badotherm in order to create the best connection. Things like volume, dead spaces, and strength are always taken into consideration in the design.
Badotherm produces pressure gauges for decades. Since 2010 the focus lies on the stainless steel pressure gauges for the heavy industry, often equipped with valves, accessories or diaphragm seals. The range of the pressure gauges goes from 16mbar up to 7000 bar in different measurement principles. The main principles are capsule, diaphragm and bourdon tube principle. All three principles are completely designed, manufactured and tested in our own Romanian based factory. All pressure gauges comply to the main standard EN 837 and some are specifically designed in accordance with the American standard ANSI B40.100 or the DIN 16001 for the high pressure.
Pressure switches are commonly used in the industry. In some application the use of diaphragm seals is required. The switches can be supplied with many diaphragm seals however there are some technical boundaries that need to be taken into account before selecting diaphragm seals. Aspects taken into account are the displacement volume of the switch system, but also the measuring principle. Badotherm can support in the selection of the correct options on the switch and the type of diaphragm seals that are suitable to be mounted on the pressure switch.
Pneumatic transmitters are very specific and are less used. However in some application it is the only solution. Platforms without stable power supply, in the Alkaline production process are just a few where the pneumatic principle is used. Since the introduction of the pneumatic transmitter more then 30 years ago Badotherm mounts diaphragm seals to the tranmitter and performs calibration on the systems. Together with specific receiver pressure gauges and the high flow pressure reducer the complete setup of the pneumatic measuring point can be sourced and maintained.
