Instrument valves & manifolds

Instrument valves and manifolds are often used on general applications for liquid and gas service and are suitable for shutting-off impulse lines to separate the instrument from the process medium. This enables replacing, calibration, cleaning or testing of the instrument. For these purposes Badotherm offers a wide range of instrument valves and 2-, 3-, and 5-valve manifolds.
The manifolds can be used for direct mounting to transmitters according to IEC 61518 or for remote mounting to transmitters. All Badotherm instrument valves and manifolds are manufactured within the European Union with certified materials and full traceability. The instrument valves and manifolds are manufactured according to the design standard EN 12266-1 / MSS-SP 99 / MSS-SP 61.

Instrument Needle Valves

The instrument valves can be used for shutting off impulse lines or for isolation of pressure instruments. All valves are standard stainless steel and optional available in exotic materials, such as Hastelloy® and Monel®. This valve has a non-rotatable conical tip to ensure perfect alignment. Badotherm valves are manufactured within the European Union.

Two valve Block and Bleed Manifolds

Badotherm two valve block and bleed manifolds can be used for isolation, bleeding, calibration and testing of pressure instruments. All different configurations are possible to have the best access to the operating valves. All Badotherm manifolds are standard stainless steel and optional available in exotic materials, such as Alloy C276 and Alloy 400. This manifold has a non-rotatable conical tip to ensure perfect alignment. Badotherm manifolds are manufactured within the European Union.

Three Valve Manifolds

Badotherm three valve manifolds can be used for isolation, calibration and testing of differential pressure instruments. The manifolds can be directly mounted to the pressure instrument, or remotely mounted with pressure tubing. Depending on the type, the 3 valve manifold can be supplied with or without a purge connection. All Badotherm manifolds are standard stainless steel and optional available in exotic materials, such as Alloy C276 and Alloy 400. This manifold has a non-rotatable conical tip to ensure perfect alignment. Badotherm manifolds are manufactured within the European Union.

Five Valve Manifolds

Badotherm five valve manifold series can be used for isolation, bleeding, calibration and testing of differential pressure instruments. There is a broad variation of configurations BDTM957 manifold has the process connection at the bottom and the flanged instrument connection on the top. All Badotherm manifolds are standard stainless steel and optional available in exotic materials, such as Alloy C276 and Alloy 400. This manifold has a non-rotatable conical tip to ensure perfect alignment for a bubble tight shut-off. Badotherm manifolds are manufactured within the European Union.
