Badotherm’s pressure gauge model BDT1-218 is manufactured according to the EN837-1 and is available in full stainless steel. This 40mm gauge is mainly used as local indicator on pneumatic systems like pressure reducers or pump systems.

The ECx is a complete welded construction and designed for those applications where the process conditions are such that direct mounting of the instrument cannot be done. Applications are aggressive media, waste water treatment, or when special wetted parts materials for pressure gauges are required. ECx is typically used in combination with pressure gauges

The BDT45 is an adjustable pulsation protection accessory against sudden pressure pulsations and surges. It is adjustable by means of a throttle screw. The screw closes or opens the open flow in the device so that the fluctuations are dampened. Adjustment of the setting is possible during operation. This enables sensing instruments to provide consistent readings, while extending product service life. The pulsation dampener is often supplied assembled to the pressure gauge. It is not to be used in combination with diaphragm seal.

Adjustable overpressure protectors are used to protect pressure gauges against the effects of pressure exceeding their maximum rating. The BDT49 is spring loaded piston system. Under normal conditions the valve is opened, but when the maximum pressure is exceeded the piston in the valve closes. The valve will remain closed until the system pressure drops approximately 30% below the closing pressure, where upon the force of the spring will open the valve

Not all processes require diaphragm seals, or some process can simply be measured without the use of a diaphragm seal. For this reason Badotherm offers a broad range of flanged process connectors. This is an adapter product from flange to various instrument connections such as threaded, welded, and to compression fittings
